Built in 1900 and earning its namesake from the master watchmaker who occupied the premises for decades, the Doyle Dukes Building is located on the 100 block of South Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville.  Comprehensive renovations in 2007 provided much-needed improvements while maintaining historical value.  The building currently houses The Courtland Group offices, as well as 2 luxury apartments and prime street-level retail space.
