This 1919 structure, situated prominently in the rapidly growing Warehouse District, sat vacant for many years prior to its redevelopment in 2016.  The restoration of the former warehouse space highlights original brick and wood construction, with the addition of a central atrium and custom staircase.  1132 N Sixth Avenue now houses the corporate headquarters for Patricia Nash Designs.
